1. Contractual Relationship
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the access or use by you of applications, websites, content, products, and services made available by SOFTISFY CREATIVE STUDIO SRL ("The Company"), registered in Romania under no. J20/855/2021, CUI RO44396722, headquartered at Str. George Enescu, bl. 1, sc. C, ap. 38 et. 4, Deva Hunedoara 330045.

2. The Service (Matcha Motivation)
Matcha provides a digital platform for motivational quotes, affirmations, and mindful content delivered via app interface, home-screen widgets, and push notifications.
- License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial use.
- Availability: We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times due to maintenance or technical failures.
3. Subscriptions & Financial Terms
Billing & Cancellation
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring cycle (Monthly/Yearly). Payments are handled by the Apple App Store. To cancel, you must use the Subscription management settings on your iOS device. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel your subscription.
Refund Policy
Pursuant to EU/UK consumer laws, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once digital content is accessed. For US/Canada, all sales are final as per Apple's standard terms.
4. Medical & Wellness Disclaimer
Matcha is a self-help tool. It does not provide medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice. Our content is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health condition. If you feel you are at risk to yourself or others, please contact emergency services (911 in US/Canada, 999 in UK, or 112 in Romania).
5. Intellectual Property
All "Matcha" branding, logos, custom-designed illustrations, and the specific "Curation Logic" of our database are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute our database of quotes without express written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOFTISFY CREATIVE STUDIO SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last six months.
7. Disputes & Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Romania. Users may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
